This is a story I enjoy telling people and I’ve shared it a dozen times now, at least. It’s about the kind of experience that all of our business dealings should be. From our first introduction to Marty Wilcox to the post-closing details, everything flowed smoothly, appeared to be effortless, and was sans drama!Marty’s approach is down-to-earth simplicity; no buzzwords, no fluff, no incomprehensible Realty jargon. She showed up prepared, had her research done, presented a fully thought out marketing plan and timeline, and had a worksheet complete with a variety of financial outcomes. She arrived at our first meeting fully expecting to plant a ’For Sale‘ sign in our yard and leave with a signed contract!Marty doesn’t have to talk herself up, she radiates confidence and expertise. But making it look oh-so-easy belies the behind the scenes, after hours work she puts in: the 10 PM on a Saturday night negotiating; the contracts arriving in our in-box at 2 AM!At the end of the day, it goes like this: she had an excellent marketing plan, she priced aggressively but realistically, and we had a signed sales contract in eight days. Enough said.PS. On top of all that, you couldn’t hope to know a nicer, more genuine person! 

Marty was great. She knew how to use all the media that was available to market our home. We firmly believe it was her ability to market (sell) our home that produced such a quick sale. She really worked had for us and we appreciate it.

This review isn't about the house, because unfortunately, we were not able to make our stay. This is about Miss Wilcox and how pleasant and accommodating she was in trying to work with us. We had our stay booked and were a month away from getting ready to enjoy our time and rental when the job we were coming to work had an issue that impacted our chance to come down. When our dates got changed, Miss Wilcox worked with us in making sure our time there was going to be covered and we had somewhere to stay. For a week straight she was in constant communication with me while our job was in limbo and our days kept changing. Miss Wilcox was not only willing to work with us and tried to help us with our dilemma, but she was very prompt in answering all of my questions and got back to all of my emails almost immediately. I will definitely be using her in the near future for our next planned trip to the area and look forward to working with her.

I spent a year planning every detail of a surprise 60ith Birthday Weekend Celebration. The last thing I needed was a hitch in the program of finding and acquiring the right venue/house. When I finally thought I'd found one (through another service), my niece asked me if I'd heard of AirBnB. I then did a little more research and found the perfect location and house - Marty's Sister House. The house and property were gorgeous and Marty (along with Yager) was an OUTSTANDING host. She was accessible but never overbearing or pestering (with micromanaging/mega monitoring). She quickly and readily answered all questions and did a great job at making our party feel welcomed, comfortable and at home. OUR EXPERIENCE WAS STELLAR! No detail of the hosting experience went unnoticed; from the well stocked linen closet, bathrooms and kitchen to the fire wood left for our use with the fire pit. The folks we invited over Friday night are still talking about it! We had a great time and can't wait to visit again soon.

Beautiful home with some amazing views right on the lake! We were only here for two days and will be back next year for sure for a longer stay. Martha was great to work with and made everything as easy as possible. She gives you local attractions and some awesome restuarants suggestions as well. Couldn't ask for anything more with this experience.  

We had such a great weekend at this property! Marty was a great host - she greeted us upon arrival, made sure the boat was ready to go, and gave us plenty of advice on where to eat and what to do in the area. The house was inviting, clean, and had plenty of room for cooking and relaxation. Being right off the lake was a huge plus, too! We could swim right by the dock, grill on the deck, and use the fire-pit in the evening - all with beautiful views around us. Five stars!

This house was perfect and the views are breathtaking, even in the snow!! Marty was the best hostess we could have ever asked for!! From the snacks and drinks to the burning candles to the birthday decorations for my mom, her thoughtfulness was appreciated more then she knows. She definitely deserves all the praise she has received from all the other reviews!! We fell in love with this home and are so blessed we got to stay and enjoy it! Hopefully, one day, we will get the opportunity again!! Thank you so much Marty for making my mom's birthday one to remember!!

Marty was an amazing host. She was very friendly and helpful as well as responsive. The house was well kept and had a great view of the lake! Can't wait to stay again.
